Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.

We will happily replace the item or issue a refund.

 

Digital Downloads

Because digital products cannot be returned, all digital download purchases are final sale.

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your file, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
